This policy explains what personal information Sportly collects when you use the site and make bookings, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and profile information you add.
- Booking details: sessions, times, venues, booking references and cancellation history.
- Payment records: amounts, status and Stripe references. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never stored by Sportly.
- Notification details such as device tokens, if you enable push notifications.
- Basic technical data (cookies needed to keep you signed in, and server logs).
How we use it
- To create and manage your account and bookings, and take payment and issue refunds.
- To send booking confirmations, receipts, cancellation and refund emails.
- To let the host of a venue you book see who has booked (name, email and booking details) so they can run the session.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run Sportly:
- Stripe for payments.
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
- Cloudflare for site hosting.
- Amazon Web Services for email delivery and image storage.
